CBM Parking Making Strides with the Public Sector

CBM Parking secured two high-profile contracts in the public sector, enhancing its reputation as an elite provider of car park operations. The contracts won were from the Ministry of Education (MOE) and Pasir Panjang Wholesale Centre for the Singapore Food Agency (SFA) respectively.

The new project has a tenure of 3 + 3 years and commenced during the second quarter of 2022, covered eight MOE car park sites across Singapore, including their headquarters at Buona Vista.

Pasir Panjang Wholesale Centre

This 4-year contract covers the 758 parking lots of the Pasir Panjang Wholesale Centre which serves as a vital node in the distribution of fruits, vegetables, and dried goods in Singapore.

A container detection system for easy identification was implemented, making it easier for large delivery vehicles to park.

Since 2019, the site has been under the efficient and reliable management of CBM's Integrated Facilities Services (IFS) Division, ensuring smooth operations and optimal utilization of resources.
