CBM Thailand Celebrates 10th Anniversary with Tree-planting Ceremony

Mr Roy Chiang (Right), CEO of CBM, with Dr. Paitoon Ngamuk (left), Director of Huai Khwang District Office, during the Tree-planting Ceremony to celebrate CBM Thailand’s 10th Anniversary.

CBM Thailand (CBMT) celebrated its 10th anniversary with a tree-planting ceremony on 10 Apr 23, at Phanphirom Park, Bangkok, Thailand.

CBMT’s senior management team attended the ceremony, along with representatives of CBMT’s shareholders and Guest-of-Honour, Director of Huai Khwang District Office, Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) Dr. Paitoon Ngamuk.

Tree-planting was chosen due to CBMT’s commitment towards environmental sustainability, and this is aligned with BMA’s ongoing green campaign to plant a million trees during Bangkok governor Chadchart Sittipunt’s four-year tenure.

The “Yellow Star” tree was chosen to be planted for the ceremony due to its symbolic significance to His Royal Majesty Maha Vajiralongkorn, King of Thailand. It also signifies the colour of Monday (The day he was born.) and the ruling Chakri Dynasty.
