CBM Appointed as Facilities Management Manager for MHA

Staff from the CBM Integrated Facilities Management (IFS) team gave a thumbs up after the big news.

CBM has been appointed as the Facilities Management Manager of the Ministry of Home Affairs Singapore (MHA) – marking a significant milestone for our organisation.

This highly valued contract encompasses the management of more than 100 properties across the various agencies within the Home Team, namely the Singapore Police Force, Singapore Civil Defence Force, and the Singapore Prison Service.

This partnership will span up to 8 years. Under this contract, we will deliver diverse services, ranging from Building Operation Work  to cutting-edge Engineering and Technical Services. Our scope also includes the implementation of FM Technology, Inspection Services for defects, Quality Assurance Services, and Consultancy Services, among others.
