CBM CEO Receives the FM Visionary Award at FMES 2023

Mr Roy Chiang was awarded the FM Visionary of the Year at the Facilities Management Expert Summit (FMES) 2023, organised by the Singapore International Facility Management Association (SIFMA). Recognised for his exceptional leadership qualities, Mr Chiang has been a driving force behind CBM’s remarkable journey and success.

His visionary foresight has set the course for CBM since he joined the company 17 years ago and propelled CBM towards new heights with the creation of the various CBM subsidiaries and business units to meet market demands.

Mr. Chiang smiles after he was called to go up on stage to receive the FM Visionary Award.

His emphasis on technology has also led to the early adoption of technologies by CBM to enhance our services. Sensing the changes in the FM market, he initiated the development of our very own in-house software platform - digiHUB, to help building owners optimise their resources to manage their properties and improve the efficiency of their daily operations.
