CBM and Willowmore Pte Ltd are excited to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), marking a significant milestone in this ongoing partnership. This MoU solidifies our commitment to advancing the development and delivery of an Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) platform, furthering our mission to revolutionise facility management solutions for the way ahead.

 Under this agreement, Willowmore will serve as CBM's preferred technology partner, leveraging its expertise to enhance the functionality and capabilities of the IFM platform. By combining Willowmore's commercial and technical prowess with CBM's industry knowledge, the collaboration aims to effectively address the dynamic needs of CBM's clientele.

 The cornerstone of this collaboration is the integration of Willowmore's WMGateway with various Building Management Systems (BMS) and Energy Management Systems (EMS) already in use across CBM-managed assets. This integration will facilitate seamless communication and data exchanges between different systems, streamlining facilities management processes and enhancing operational efficiency.

 Furthermore, the enhanced IFM platform will incorporate Internet of Things (IoT) sensors to provide real-time insights into asset performance and environmental conditions. This data-driven approach will enable CBM to optimise resource utilisation, identify maintenance issues proactively, and deliver superior and reliable services to its customers.

 In addition, the collaboration will integrate Digital Twin and Reality Capture solutions, offering FM companies a more immersive and comprehensive experience.
