Harry Elias Partnership Sharing Session with Empire City Consultant

Empire City Consultant (ECC) hosted long-time associates, Harry Elias Partnership, on 1st Nov 2022 for a complimentary talk regarding legal MCST cases with ECC condominium managers.

Through a very insightful sharing session, representatives from Harry Elias Partnership covered multiple topics, from General Debt Recovery Processes to the Building Maintenance and Strata Management (BMSMA) Act – including analysis of past legal cases and an understanding of how condo managers could interpret or enforce the By-Laws of the Act.

Staff from the Integrated Facilities Services (IFS) and Finance Divisions were also invited to participate in an in-depth Q&A session.
