FM Contract Secured with ams Sensors Pte Ltd

CBM’s Integrated Facilities Services (IFS) Division continues to strengthen its position in the Facilities Management sector. It has secured a 2-year contract with an option to extend an additional year with ams Sensors Asia Pte Ltd to provide FM services at Nanospace @ Tampines.

Built to meet the requirements of the niche semiconductor-related manufacturing industry, the four-storey facility includes a Generic Production Area, Wastewater Treatment and Cleanroom Production Space.

The agreement commenced on 1st April 2020 and is valued at around $1.5m, covering a total floor area of 22,700.00 sqm. CBM will be undertaking a broad scope of work covering Property Management and Maintenance of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Systems.

Having engaged JTC Corporation on a previous project to serve ams Sensors Asia at the same location, clinching this deal demonstrates the trust and confidence ams Sensors Asia has with CBM’s integrated service delivery.
