CBM Security clinched a 2-year contract with Marina One Residences, a mixed development located at Singapore’s financial district, Marina Bay.

Commenced on 1st February 2021, the team provided around-the-clock security operations within the residential buildings. Cost-effective solutions such as Virtual Patrols/Clocking and a Visitor Management System (VMS) were implemented with the deployment of 10 trained Security Officers and 12 Customer Service Officers.

Marina One Residences comprise 1,042 premium residential units over 2 blocks of 34-storey towers. The iconic development is known for its lush greenery and large open spaces, boasting a 65,000sqft garden within its establishment.
