CBM Parking Kick Starts the Year with Two Key Contracts

CBM Parking continues to strengthen its portfolio with two new clients - BCA Academy at Braddell Campus and The Parliament House. Both contracts will span over 3-years, starting from February 2021.

The BCA Academy is the education and training institution for the Building and Construction Authority (BCA), Singapore. It provides essential and quality training for the workforce within the built environment sector.

Adopting the latest technologies in construction, BCA’s new campus extension will include smart and green facilities. The 21,800 sqm area will comprise 2 new buildings, 2 rock core storage areas and a semi-basement wing. At present, CBM Parking manages 146 parking lots. This number will be increased to 230 lots once the expansion is completed.

The Parliament House boasts as a cultural landmark and a central forum for state laws and policies. The establishment spans a Gross Floor Area (GFA) of 19,800 sqm and is situated within the heart of Singapore’s civic district.

CBM Parking will operate and manage 250 parking lots serving the 3 blocks. Together with the High Street Centre carpark tender won last year, CBM Parking continues to extend its influence in central Singapore.
