CBM Qatar Secures Two Major Prestigious Twin-Tower Projects Abraj Bay Towers 1 & 2, 3 & 4

The award of two major Twin-Tower contracts for both Abraj Bay Towers T1 & T2 and T3 & T4 marks yet another milestone for CBM Qatar.

Both contracts will span over 3-years, starting from 1st May 2020, and is worth a total estimate of QAR 37.26m (Qatar Riyals). The contract sum is based on the full staffing deployment, while the contract execution will follow a 4-stage plan depending on the occupancy rates of the residency.

The 4 towers are the latest flagship projects of the Al Shareef Enterprises and is considered to be the most prestigious residential project at The Pearl Development in Doha, Qatar. Acquiring these projects cements CBM Qatar’s ever-expanding track-record as they continue to establish a firm foothold in the Middle East market.
