CBM Home Refresh 2024: Execution Phase Launches with Special Guest

The leaders from CBM, St. Andrew’s JC and Toa Payoh Central Zone 1 Residents’ Network walking together with the Defence Minister and MP for Bishan-Toa Payoh Dr Ng Eng Hen.

CBM Home Refresh 2024 CSR programme began its execution phase on 19 Oct 24. Our dedicated team of over 40 volunteers provided various complimentary services, including deep cleaning, handyman work, and plumbing repairs to over 100 homes at Toa Payoh rental blocks 63 and 64.

The programme’s seamless transition from home assessment to execution was made possible by our strong partnership with Toa Payoh Central Zone 1 Residents' Network (RN) of the People’s Association (PA), and St. Andrew’s Junior College, which saw 75 student volunteers actively contributing to the initiative.

CBM staff and its partners also had the opportunity to share the details of the CBM Home Refresh initiative with our special guest – Defence Minister and MP for Bishan-Toa Payoh Dr Ng Eng Hen.

All the stakeholders come together for a group photo to celebrate the success of CBM Home Refresh 2024.

Now in its third year, the CBM Home Refresh programme thrives through collaboration with community stakeholders, creating a meaningful impact on the lives of many.

Our heartfelt gratitude goes out to Toa Payoh Central Zone 1 RN and St Andrew's Junior College for their unwavering support in this year’s programme. They have been steadfast and faithful during every phase, from the home assessment on Aug 24 to the execution, where it concluded.
