CBM Environmental Wins Its First Contract for A Global Manufacturing Industry

CBM Environmental landed a 2-year deal with Symrise Singapore, a global supplier of fragrances, flavours, food, nutrition and cosmetic solutions. This is the first of such contracts which involves providing professional cleaning services at a global manufacturing facility which has both Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) systems in place.

Stringent cleaning procedures were implemented with the deployment of 2 supervisors and 38 cleaning staff. They will strictly follow the colour coding system for the tools and materials for the different areas and will don full Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) within the plant to prevent any cross-contamination.

In addition, Clean-In-Place (CIP) system was implemented, where chemicals, heat and water are used to clean the interior surfaces of pipes, vessels and equipment without major disassembly. CIP is regarded as an efficient way to drain out unwanted materials as the process is done in a single shot.

Environmental Divisions continues to bolster its way in the industry, strengthening its ever-growing portfolio by clinching this contract.
