CBM Welcomes Year of the Snake with Chinese New Year Celebration 2025

CBM ushered in the Year of the Snake with a spectacular Chinese New Year (CNY) Celebration on 12 Feb 25. The celebration commenced with a captivating lion dance, parading through CBM’s headquarters as staff gathered together to welcome the God of Wealth and a new CNY Labubu mascot.

CBM’s chairman, Mr. Chia Ngiang Hong, GGM of CDL, also graced the festivities.

The event was inaugurated with a heartfelt welcome speech by CBM CEO Roy Chiang, who expressed gratitude to staff for a year of hard work prior, and set a positive tone for a year of prosperity ahead.

A memorable highlight of the event was the heartfelt appreciation shown to dedicated staff members who received Long Service Awards, as well as the recognition of innovative contributions celebrated through the CBM Ideas and WITs awards.

Adding to the celebrations were a lucky draw segment, in which many staff members won wonderful prizes, and a karaoke session, during which staff sang throughout the afternoon with CBM CEO Roy Chiang.
