Introducing CBM: NTUC Sec-Gen Mr Ng Chee Meng visits South Beach Tower

The National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) Secretary-General Mr Ng Chee Meng visited the South Beach Tower on 2 Apr 24.  He was hosted by CBM Security and the Union of Security Employers (USE).

Mr Ng engaged in a fruitful sharing session on the structure of CBM Security and how the recent USE CTC grant has benefited our employees. Our representatives introduced Mr Ng to CBM Securities’ robots and explained how they were integrated for patrols within the premises. He also visited the building’s Fire Command Centre, where he experienced our day-to-day operations first-hand.

Post-tour, Mr Ng conversed with CBM Security staff stationed on-site about their experiences and opinions on the 5% wage increase, which surpasses the Progressive Wage Model (PWM) baseline wages.
