Empire City Consultant Wins Contracts: North Park Residences and SLF Complex Renewal

CBM’s Empire City Consultant (ECC) was awarded a Managing Agent contract for North Park Residences. ECC came out on top against five other organizations that competed for the tender. The contract, commencing in 2025 and ending in 2027, consists of the management of its property and facilities, serving 920 residential units atop Northpoint City.

ECC also successfully renewed its contract with SLF Complex, a facility comprising two 19-floor blocks. Commencing on 1 Apr 25, ECC will work with various stakeholders to oversee a major revamp of the common areas, manage the replacement of the building’s chillers, and work on key initiatives to enhance overall infrastructure and facilities.

ECC will also be adopting a QR code-based fault reporting system, with the codes implemented at strategic locations within the complex. This system enables ECC to receive reports on issues detected by users conveniently and in real time, allowing for prompt response and resolution.
