CBM Thailand (CBMT) Secures Its First FM Contract for Shopping Mall

CBM Thailand augmented its portfolio by securing a contract with Chamchuri Square worth 15 million Baht.

Situated at the heart of Bangkok's commercial business district between “Silom Road” and “Surawong Road”, Chamchuri Square is a high-rise building owned by Chulalongkorn University. It consists of a 40-storey commercial office tower, a 23-storey residential tower and a 4-storey shopping mall which connects both towers. The building's basement level links to Samyan MRT station for an easy commute.

Aside from stationing 35 staff, CBMT uses ‘MyMooBan’, a Facilities Management (FM) onboarding app which enables efficient communication and optimises service deliveries within the project site.
