CBM Parking clinched the Housing Development Board (HDB) Enforcement Project on 19 Jan 24 to manage car parks for all HDB estates in Singapore. This is a significant achievement for CBM Parking, outbidding five other organisations in a competitive tender process.

Starting from 1 Mar 24, the three-year contract will involve the rigorous enforcement of parking regulations. This will include clamping and towing vehicles across all HDB-managed zones and the prompt collection of outstanding fines. These measures aim to deter illegal parking, maintain traffic order, and thereby enhance accessibility within the HDB communities.

In managing the car parks, CBM Parking's objectives are threefold:

  • to ensure efficient traffic management and enforcement;

  • to maximise parking space utilisation; and

  • to maintain deterrence and compliance.

CBM Parking remains committed to continuously improving its operations to meet the evolving needs of its stakeholders.
