CBM awarded several contracts in Q3 of 2023

CBM and CBM Parking were awarded several contracts during this quarter.

The Engineering Division clinched a contract with HDB on 8 Sep 23 as the winning organisation among four tenderers. The contract was multi-faceted and spans various HDB estates. 

The Engineering Division will be providing managing agent services and monthly maintenance works. They will also conduct and complete sprucing works at vacant one-room to four-room HDB rental flats. Meanwhile, CBM Parking clinched two contracts through a closed tender with Peninsula Plaza and Rivervale Mall for their car park management and operations services. The contracts started in Oct and Nov 2023 respectively.
