Singapore Quality Class Star and Singapore Service Class (Since 2009)

CBM has been a holder of the Singapore Quality Class (SQC) and Singapore Service Class Awards since 2009. Administered by SPRING Singapore, the awards recognise companies who strive for Business Excellence under a set of internationally aligned standards that focuses on 7 key factors; leadership, customers, strategy, people, processes, knowledge and results.

With the recent re-alignment in the framework that places a higher focus on customers, CBM has proven its commitment to quality service by achieving a higher standard; the Singapore Quality Class Star and Singapore Service Class awards. The re-certifications have also brought useful insights and areas of improvements to CBM in its journey to become the premier provider of total facilities management solutions.

Accolades

Approved Training Center (Since 2004)

CBM was appointed as a NSRS Approved Training Centre in 2004 and has developed a dedicated in-house training centre and curriculum. Through the training centre, CBM is able to provide Workforce Development Agency (WDA)’s course development, training programmes and assessment.

CBM also attained NSRS Approved Training Programmes qualification in 2004 and provides quality training courses available to its entire staff through its training centre. These programmes help to increase employability, improve skills of our staff and develop innovative work processes.

Business Continuity Management SS540 (Since 2011)

BCM SS540 is a Singapore Standard framework given by SGS International for business continuity management that enables CBM to be a reliable and sustainable business partner with augmented response efficiency to overcome any disruptions to its operations. As one of the first facility management companies to be BCM certified, CBM continues to demonstrate its leadership in striving for business excellence and service delivery.

Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications (Since 2003) 

CBM’s training centre was certified as an approved Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) centre. The WSQ is a national credentialing system for adult workers to train and develop work competencies. CBM offers training to its entire staff to ensure that its employees acquire relevant skills needed at the workplace.

Eco-Office Label (Since 2011)

Rebranded from Green Office Label to Eco-office Label, CBM was recertified in 2011 for its continued efforts towards environmental protection. As part of its drive towards promoting environmental awareness in the office, CBM requires its offices to achieve specific environmental criteria such as recycling and reusing of materials.

Clean Mark Silver Award (Since 2010)

CBM was accorded the Clean Mark Silver Award in recognition of its efforts in empowering its Environmental staff with proper training under the National Environmental Cleaning WSQ framework. Besides training, CBM also provides staff with statutory employment benefits and more favourable working conditions.

OHSAS 18001 (Since 2009)

SGS International’s OHSAS 18001 is an Occupation Health and Safety Assessment Series for health and safety management systems. This certification is testament to CBM’s commitment to minimising occupational risks and hazards through a sound occupational health and safety performance system.

ISO 9001 (Since 2009)

ISO 9001 is an International Standard by SGS International that states requirements for a quality management system. Through this certification, CBM demonstrates its ability to consistently provide, maintain and enhance product and service delivery that meets customer and applicable regulatory requirements.

ISO 14001 (Since 2009)

Awarded to CBM in 2009, the ISO 14001 is an International Standard by SGS International that states requirements for an environmental management system. By implementing an effective environmental management system, CBM is able to minimise the negative effects of its operations on the environment, ensure compliance with regulations and continually improve on its performance.

ISO 22301 (Since 2016)

CBM Pte Ltd was awarded the ISO22301 certificate by Bureau Veritas and it goes to show the company’s commitment to offer the highest quality services and provide reassurance to our clients.

The international certification ISO22301:2012 assesses the company’s ability to plan, maintain and continually improve a documented management system. This is to protect against, and reduce the likelihood of disruptive incidents. It also measures against international standards the company’s ability to prepare for, respond to, and recover from such incidents if they do occur.

bizSAFE Star, 1, 2 & 3 (Since 2008)

The bizSAFE Star certification is accorded to companies with a comprehensive workplace safety and health (WSH) system by the Workplace Safety and Health Council. CBM successfully completed and implemented the five-step bizSAFE programme in 2009 and has built WSH capabilities and competencies to achieve significant improvements in safety and health standards in the workplace.

On the other hand, bizSAFE Level 1, 2 and 3 are certifications on organization's compliance with WSH (Risk Management) Regulations and bizSAFE requirements. Certified bizSAFE 1, 2 & 3 in 2008, CBM continues to monitor and identify workplace hazards and administers effective risk control measures

Green Office Label (2008)

The Green Office Label is a certification set up by Singapore Environment Council (SEC) based on the Eco-Office Rating System. CBM promotes awareness and commitment towards environmental protection and requires its offices to achieve specified environmental criteria like recycling and reusing.

Safety Management Certification (Since 2007)

The Building and Construction Authority’s Safety Management Certification System (SMC) is a simplified version of the OHSMS Management system that helps the small and medium contractors to safely plan, execute and manage simple and systematic construction operations.

CBM achieved this certification in 2007 through the implementation of processes that allow project staff and workers to accomplish tasks safely with clear assignment of responsibilities.
