Property Officer

Responsibilities :

  • Day to Day supervision of term and ad-hoc contract works in relation to the Estate‍‍‍/Condominium facilities
  • Attend to feedback from residents/tenants and to recommend and take remedial action
  • Supervise contractors on building maintenance function
  • Support the Condominium/‍‍‍Estate Manager in obtaining quotations for the effective management of the facilities


  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Estate Management, Building Services, Engineering or equivalent
  • Min 1 to 3 years of relevant experience is required for this position.
  • Good knowledge of Building Maintenance & Strata Management (BMSM) A‍‍‍ct
  • Computer literate and possess good interpersonal and communication skills
  • A good team player with strong analytical and leadership skills
  • Pleasant personality, customer service oriented.
  • Proficient in English (written & spoken)
