Property Officer/Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Day to Day supervision of term and ad-hoc contract works in relation to the Estate facilities
  • Attend to feedback from residents and to recommend and take remedial action
  • Supervise contractors on building maintenance function
  • Support the Estate Manager in obtaining quotations for the effective management of the facilities

Require‍‍‍ments:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Estate Management, Building Services, Engineering or equivalent
  • Min 2 year(s) of relevant MCST experience is required for this position.
  • Candidates with Nitec qualifications and with 5 years of relevant experience may apply
  • Candidates with no relevant qualifications but with 10 years of relevant experience may apply
  • Good knowledge of Building Maintenance & Strata Management (BMSM) Act
  • Computer literate and possess good interpersonal and communication skills
  • A good team player with strong analytical and leadership skills
  • Pleasant personality, customer service oriented.
  • Proficient in English (written & spoken)
  • Able to commit within a short notice period is preferred
