Operations Officer‍‍‍

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise site staff on the daily operational / site deployment matters
  • Attend to user / client feedback and complaints
  • Supervise maintenance contractors and ensure car park equipment are functioning properly
  • Monthly budgeting / operational reporting to clients / senior management
  • Assist in business development opportunities
  • ‍‍‍Any other assignments as and when directed by the Management

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels with 1 year relevant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel applications
  • Possess Class 2B/3 licence with own transport is an added advantage
  • Applicant without experience are welcome to apply
  • ‍‍‍Diploma holders with relevant experience may be considered for the Operations Executive position
